Jackson’s was founded by Megan and Scott Reamer after their son, Jackson, was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder; they discovered that a high-fat, low-carb diet with premium fats like coconut oil significantly improved his health. Missing snack foods that fit this way of eating, the family began making their own sweet potato chips cooked in coconut oil, which led to the creation of Jackson’s—a company dedicated to sharing delicious, better-for-you snacks inspired by Jackson’s legacy.
