Jovial Foods was founded by husband and wife team Carla and Rodolfo, who share a deep passion for food, farming, and traditional preparation methods. Inspired by their daughter's gluten sensitivity, they revived the nearly extinct ancient grain einkorn—nature’s original wheat—to create products that support families with food intolerances. Jovial remains a small, family-owned company dedicated to making wholesome, traditional foods that celebrate life, family, and feeling good.
