Siete is a family-owned, mission-driven company founded in 2014 by Veronica Garza and her family in Austin, Texas. The brand was born from Veronica’s journey to overcome multiple autoimmune conditions through a low-inflammation, grain-free diet—a journey her entire family embraced together. Finding that traditional Mexican-American favorites like tortillas were missing from their new lifestyle, Veronica began experimenting with alternative ingredients, ultimately creating grain-free tortillas that became a hit with family and friends. This success inspired the Garza family of seven (“Siete” in Spanish) to launch Siete Foods, with a mission to make heritage-inspired, better-for-you Mexican-American foods accessible to all.
Siete’s product line has since expanded to include grain-free tortillas, tortilla chips, enchilada sauces, taco seasonings, salsas, cookies, and more, all crafted with innovative ingredients such as almond flour, avocado oil, organic beans, and organic corn.
