Simply: Simpler, Better

Simply is a New York-based company founded in 2014 by Caron Proschan with the mission to create cleaner, more natural confections free from synthetic and artificial ingredients. Inspired by discovering that conventional chewing gum contains synthetic plastics and hidden additives, Caron began crafting gum in her apartment using chicle—a sustainable tree sap from Central America—as a base, along with simple, high-quality ingredients and natural flavors like peppermint, ginger, and cinnamon.

The company launched with gum as its hero product, quickly expanding into mints, chocolate date bars, fruit gummies, and smoothie bites—each created with a focus on minimalism, transparency, and premium, non-GMO plant-based ingredients. All Simply products are vegan, with the majority being gluten-free and free from dairy, soy, corn, and artificial sweeteners. Packaging design is intentionally minimalist to stand out on shelves and reflect the brand’s values. Simply is proud of its AANHPI and female-founded roots and is committed to sustainable practices, local manufacturing, and providing accessible, high-integrity treats for conscious consumers nationwide.
