Grindstone Bakery is a mother-daughter owned bakery specializing in gluten-free, organic breads and baked goods. After taking over the 25-year-old Grindstone Bakery brand in 2022, Danielle and Trinity have focused on crafting high-quality gluten-free products rooted in personal necessity, since Danielle was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. All their products are made in a dedicated gluten-free facility, using small-batch, slow food processes and a handful of clean, organic, non-GMO ingredients.

Notably, their offerings contain no wheat, gluten, commercial yeast, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts, potatoes, rice, corn, added sugar, seed oils, gums, or preservatives. This commitment extends to careful allergen management and certification efforts. Grindstone Bakery’s breads are shipped fresh-frozen anywhere in the U.S. and Puerto Rico to maintain taste and nutrition. The bakery is committed to environmental responsibility, using improved packaging for freshness and less waste. The founders emphasize transparency and integrity, ensuring that their foods fit a spectrum of dietary needs without compromising taste or nutrition.
